Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Inspiration and Challenge Blog - October 2021

Today sees the start of our new challenge - but it is also a VERY special day for the Blog Challenge and Facebook Challenge.

Yes, we are celebrating our 7th anniversary of the Blog Challenge and the Facebook Challenge.  During that period our wonderful artist Ching-Chou Kuik has created hundreds and hundreds of amazing images for us crafters to use.  We have also been blessed by two amazing Design Teams who, week after week, make stunning cards/projects to show what can be made with Ching-Chou Kuik's images.  Last but not least is you crafters that purchase Ching-Chou Kuik's images and month after month enter our challenges.  We thank you for your continued support.

To celebrate our anniversary we are giving a free image away to everyone that enters the Blog Challenge called "One Lasting Moment" and another image if you enter the Facebook Challenge called "The Cutie" and if you enter both the Blog Challenge and Facebook Challenge you will receive both of the images above once the challenge has ended.

As this is our special anniversary challenge there will be 7 random winners winning two single images of their choice from the Etsy Store.

Some of the Design Team have made some extra cards/creations using the free images to give you some idea of what you could make with the images:

Now that you have seen the images used why not join along with our special anniversary challenge.
As mentioned recently there is going to be a slight change to the Blog Challenge from May 2021.

*****************************************
You might or might not be aware but they have been some stunning additions to the Etsy Store recently and these include:
This image is called "Deer in Woods".
You will get two versions of the image.

This image is called "October Stars" and you will get two different black-and-white versions.

There is an amazing array of beautiful digital stamps in the
Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Etsy Store.  They include black-and-white images, greyscale images, partially coloured images and fully coloured images.

Why don't you pop on over and take a look?

There is also a Facebook Group where all new members are very welcome. The Facebook Group can be found HERE.  Here crafters will share their creations made with a Ching-Chou Kuik image.  On the Facebook Group there will also be the details of the monthly Facebook Challenge and details of any sales etc.
Ching-Chou Kuik is now a proud sponsor over at the Crafting of Hue Facebook Group.

Why not pop on over and take a look.
Over at Kit and Clowder you will find details of various on-line classes that you can buy and participate in.  Ching-Chou Kuik is one of the sponsors.

If you want to find out a bit more about colouring techniques pop on over to Kit and Clowder and have a look.
**************************************************************
To enter this challenge you need to use a rubber stamp or digital stamp (black-and-white/greyscale or partially pre-coloured or fully coloured in images).

Just coloured in images are NOT allowed and need to be made into a card/project to enter the challenge.

NO fully digital cards are allowed.

Please remember when linking to this challenge you MUST link to your blog post and not just your actual blog.

As you have taken the time to create something to enter into the challenge the Design Team members like to leave you comments but this is made more difficult when they have to look through your blog to find the right card/creation to comment on.

Thank you for your understanding.

We look forward to see your creations this month.

September 2021 - Winner's Post

Thank you to all those crafters that entered last month's challenge.

To enter this challenge you need to use a rubber stamp or digital stamp (black-and-white/grayscale or partially pre-coloured).

Just coloured in images are NOT allowed.

NO fully digital cards are allowed.

As mentioned anyone that entered that used an image from the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamp Etsy Store would get a second entry into the draw.

The winner of 3 digital images from the Etsy Store is:

card number 15 which was created by Suze.  This is the beautiful card that Suze created:
Congratulations Suze.  Please pop on over to the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamp Etsy Store and e-mail me with your choice of 3 images.  Make sure you take your Monthly Challenge Winner badge from the sidebar to add to your blog.

Please note: when selecting digital stamps for a prize, stamp sets do not count as one digital stamp. You may choose individual digital stamps from a stamp set but you must clarify carefully what image you would like.

Each month there is an "Artist's Choice Award".  To be in with a chance of winning this award you need to use one of Ching-Chou Kuik's Digital Stamps from her Etsy Store for your card/creation.  At the end of the month Ching-Chou Kuik will look at all those cards/creations using one of her digital stamps from the Etsy Store and pick one winner that will get the "Artist's Choice Award" and will also get to pick 5 digital stamps of their choice from the Etsy Store.

Ching-Chou Kuik certainly had a lot of beautiful cards/creations to choose from but the winner of the "Artist's Choice Award" for September 2021 is:
this beautiful card number 8 which was created by Gloria.

Congratulations Gloria.  Please pop on over to the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamp Etsy Store and e-mail me with your choice of 5 images.  Make sure you take your Artist Choice Award Winner badge from the sidebar to add to your blog.

Please note: when selecting digital stamps for a prize, stamp sets do not count as one digital stamp. You may choose individual digital stamps from a stamp set but you must clarify carefully what image you would like.

That's all for today.

Make sure you pop back on Friday 1 October 2021 for details of our next monthly challenge.
