Pocket Letter "Keep in Faith"

Hello everybody,

Today I want to share a Mixed Media themed Pocket Letter.
I have used the image "Keep in Faith" and colored
her up with my distress inks.

All the cards inside the pockets are made with distress inks,
aqrylic paints with modeling paste to add some dimension.
I also used a lot of scrap papers and stamps.
The sunflowers are made from coffeefilters that I have
colored with distress inks.

The image is centered in the middle and I have used
my new tool, the fuse tool to add some sequins in the pocket.
I sealed this pocket, so that the sequins will not escape LOL.

I hope you will like this inspiration post.
You can also join the monthly challenge at
And this time the topic will be LOVE!

You can also post your creations at the
where you can find monthly challenges and little challenges.
Just check for the details.

Okay, it's time to say...See you next time!

Vannessa's Inspiration Post - Tuesday 16th February 2016

Good Morning and welcome to another inspiration post from me for the Ching-Chou Kuik Inspiration and Challenge Blog. I am trying to get at least one Christmas card done each month, so I have a few ready for the occasion after being over 20 short last Christmas. As I just love so many of Ching-Chou's Christmas images, I have a really good excuse to use one! LOL

This time I am using Lily in Christmas. Such a beautiful image. I went for traditional red and green this time and used some of my newish fancy dies, which meant I had to keep the embellishments to a bare minimum as there was no room for any really! LOL

She has been coloured in with Copics and you can read more about this card here on my blog post.

Don't forget to check out all the other gorgeous design team posts this week and why not join in the fun with our challenge this month? There are some fabulous prizes to be won!

You can also join our Facebook group for more inspiration and we have a monthly Facebook Challenge as well.

Inspirational Post by Lozzy using Purple Hearts Image

Hi everyone and hope you all ok..

Its Lozzy here today and i have for you a mixed media canvas using Purple Hearts image from Ching-Chou Kuiks Valentine Love Collection. Have a few extra photos to show the basic on how it was made

mixed up some sprays using my Dylusion Paints

covered canvas with gessco...sprayed colours all over.. used Dutch Doobadoo heart stencil with textured paste. Photo doesn't show the true colour of the sprays (looks a bit of a muddy colour on here)

cut up strips of card and used colour sprays to colour

odd flowers, cheese cloth, metal frame and die cut hearts

covered all with gessco and used the colour sprays

added strips of card and cheese cloth to canvas

coloured this gorgeous image with Prima Pastels using a water brush

added image to white card, few black lines then added to canvas

used a brick stamp, added flowers etc to canvas

then to finish of added pearls and used silver stickle to form pearls

Inspiration Post with Sylvia "Red Poppies"

Hello everybody,

Today is my turn to show you a inspiration post
with the gorgeous image "Red Poppies"

I colored the image with distress inks.
I like my cards simple and clean.
But... this week we all had to add at least
2 ribbons onto the card or project.
Okay... It was a search into my stash thingy for me...
I don't own that much ribbons...

I added a lace ribbon with bakertwine.
And I like the way it turned out.

I fuzzy cutted the image, and let it popped out
with some 3-d foam tape.

I hope you like my inspiration post.

You can also add your own creations on the
and join the monthly challenges over there.
We also have a monthly challenge going on this month.
And the topic is "Valentine
You can find it over HERE.

See you next time.

Big hugs
Sylvia
